study still not received

Registered with Intec college last September 2014. Its May i haven't received my study Material yet . When i call the help desk they send me from Pillar to post. they are able to give me clear answers. Instead they they already dispatched . I'm disgusted and disappointed with the service that intec has given me yet the able to deduct every month in my account.
