Study Material Updated Very Late

I have been sending countless emails regarding updating my textbooks and I have been phoning almost every week to try speed up the process of getting books but to no proper response,I am writing financial statements on the 16th of May and my POE is complete except the outstanding items that I do not know about,now I will be stuck and might just fail my exam because I don't have updated books from my Institution,I have really reached a stage where I don't know how to handle Intec,s service anymore. My biggest worry is I wont have enough time to understand the new chapters and that will have an impact on my results.<br> Every time I call I hear the same song of books being ordered and there is no deadline of when I will get them.<br> NO one ever responds to my emails I am not sure if its because people working at Intec dont care or that's how they are trained to handle Corresponding Students I really don't know, I joined Intec as an individual who wants to upgrade her life and career and its bad enough not to be taken serious by an Institution that's meant to assist me,I have never had any joy from Intec,no assistance with my studies and the least I want from them is to get my books.
