Study Material still outstanding

I have seriously lost interest in Intec I am done,finished and disgusted at the level of service they offer.<br> Last week I wrote on Hello peter and immediately got calls from the college of which that was something new to me,and yet they **** to me on the phone on how they will treat my matter as URGENT but that was just a cover up lie,yesterday I emailed them but no one responded to my emails because they are pointless,now I just phoned the call centre and I am told they are waiting for books from the Supplier??after I was told that I will get my books this week but nothing has happened still,I asked for the manager and I spoke to Molefe he still mentions that books haven't been delivered from the Supplier,honestly now?I am writing on the 16th May,how on earth am I going to cram everything that I dont know in a weeks time and still get my assignments done? I give up!!!!!!
