Study Material not delivered

My wife, Lisa, is a student at Intec College and every year we have the problem of not getting her study material causing her to be late for exam registrations as well. This year once again neither Nadiemah Parker or Erika Mitchell or the Support Team responds on emails and study material is still not delivered or emails not even acknowledged although it was sent more than 3 weeks ago.<br> <br> This is an ongoing problem with Intec which is a breach of contract as they were paid for a service that they are not delivering and study material which they are also not delivering.<br> <br> Similar matter in Feb 2015.
