study material

I registered 31 march 2015. They have a 21 day policy then you will have your study material. Its 18 may 2015 but still didn't receive nothing yet. I phoned them a few times but every time they say the study material is on its way. they gave me a case number but still nothing happened. every month they deduct money. Very disappointed. The thing that bowers me the most is its a 2 year course... and now they wasting my time...
