study material

I just enroll for a course @intec this year january but haven't received study material was advised will receive within 21days but up untill today haven't received and nobody has bother to phone and tell me what going on I have phoned several times but no one seem to help me I have even send a request to deregister but this mpume the lady who deals with this matters told me will contact me within 72hrs but still no feedback from her either every month they deduct their installment on my bank account but I don't get no assistant am really angry I don't know how to opt out from this college anymore
