Student with no study material from Intec

I recently registered with intec college for a certificate. The problem is i cannot access my study material and its been two months now.There is no assistance when it comes to student support, their telephone number is not working and email address. The only communication i received from them is that they are tracking my debit order and i need to make sure that there are funds available and they did take their money, can someone assist please!
