Student Support

I am really getting annoyed by the call centre at Intec. They do not return calls even when they say your call is important to them. I need to update certain info that they got wrong. This is stalling my studies because I cannot log onto the virtual campus, which provides essential information in regards to assignments, tests and exams. KINDLY HELP ASAP!!!
