Student Services a NIGHTMARE ONCE AGAIN

<p>I cannot believe I was duped into studying with Intect again - thanks Martin Koch so called MD for that one!!! I have been trying for more than TWO (2) yes TWO weeks to get hold of someone to help me get a new text book for my last subject and i have phoned, emailed and short of sending carrier ***eons to Cape Town with a note strapped to their leg i have had ABSOLUTELY NO REPONSE FROM ANYONE IN ANY SHAPE FORM OR SIZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>THEY ARE VERY HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY EVERY MONTH BUT ASSISTING A STUDENT SEEMS TO BE A C**** AND ONE THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT DOING! I URGE ANY ONE THINKING OF STUDYING FURTHER PLEASE DONT USE THEM THEY ARE USELESS, UNAPPOLOGETIC AND DOWN RIGHT UNHELPFULL WITH ANY OF YOUR STUDIES!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
