Student portal not updated

Ive registered with Intec College. And I have a huge problem. My student portal isnt dated properly. Everything there is dated for last year. I don't even know if the assignments there are what I should be doing or not. All dates there are last year's date and I started this year.

I have been on the phone numerous times to get assisted and I haven't been. I would be referred to someone else, that one will refer me elsewhere again.

Time is going and I don't want any work to pile up for me. I urgently need to be attended to.
