Student Number: *** Unable to login to Student portal

I asked for help from the college since February 2022 when I couldn't login to my student portal. Email was sent by Alfred Baloyi to Johan Koekemoer from IT department to assist me with the login details but with no avail.

When I click forgot password, I found out that the Cell phone number registered to the student number for verification doesn't belong to me. And email address registered also doesn't belong to me. I cannot log in and i cannot recover login details because the verification email and Cell phone number belongs to another person. My qualification canot go to vain because of the college mistake The study fees are paid in full the company I'm working for. I have proof of emails sent to the college for assistance since February 2022 I REALLY NEED ASSISTANCE WITH THIS ISSUE BECAUSE CURRENTLY I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO
