I sent cancellation early this month to cancel my registration and your retentions keeps calling me non- stop ,I will take this very serious and it going be a huge matter. I need you to confirm if this was cancelled. If you have been taking away customer rights and have become comfortable, I am not that type of a customer. I registered and decided to cancel after identifying that I won’t be able to afford. Am I getting my deposit, what % penalty would be ,if any? this month you made a deduction of R988 but i have been struggling to get your confirmation of this cancellation.
