Student in distress/student need help

Good day, I was a student at Intec College Cape town distant learning the year 2019 -2021 (Course Name: Financial Accounting 1 NQF Level 6) I have been communicating with the Institution since Covid - 19 it wasn't a good year I could understand. I have written all my exams that were required and submitted all my assignments. I contacted them and communicated with them since my course expired. As I never got my results for the full course, I needed to know my status, or my Diploma. I never got my results for my first year (2019) and was worried at the time that if I failed my first year, I won't be able to do my 2nd year of studies. I enquired for my second year and asked for my results of my First year, but they never sent it, but the intuition came back to me and allowed me to do my 2nd year even though I don't have my 1st year results. I just completed my 2nd year thinking I have passed my 1st year. That's why they are allowing me to do my 2nd year of studies. I have been communicating and phoning them since I completed my 2nd year and my course expired. I have been contacting them communicating with different consultants and student advisors to assist me. It was back and forth the whole-time re-submitting assignments as they could not find it and also on an occasion I phoned, and they told me I didn't write exams. I fought with them back and forth. Eventually I started dealing with a student advisor that really tried her best to assist me. Now that I requested my Progress Rapport so that I can receive my Diploma or credits. I received a complete failed Rapport, and they want me to rewrite the exams of all the subjects', the first- and second-year failed rapport. I requested proof from them, I asked them to forward my marked exam papers, then only I will accept the fact that I failed and will pay again for exams and rewrite. It has been 10 days since I requested it, but they never forward it through. I feel I'm being ****** financially and being failed without any proof as they made mistakes on their side during the covid period and lost my exam papers and assignments and now they just failing me expecting I should do this Course completely over they wasted all my time I sacrificed to complete this course, stressed me out as they could never assist me with a student advisor when I needed help and assistance during the course period. I paid my Course fee in full, and I have all correspondence between myself and Intec via email and all my payments that I have made to them via email. Why must I suffer for their mistakes? All I'm asking of them is to forward the exam papers that were written in my handwriting with the failed mark on there. But they cannot give it to me why? I need help as the previous course I did with them which was Bookkeeping and Accounts I did not complete the course, but I know I was supposed to get credits for Economics as I received the results of the exams and assignment and I passed it (the first year of this course was completed), but I also don't have no idea of the other credits that I have of this Course as well.(Course Name: Bookkeeping & Accounts NQF Level 6 - Year 2***)
