Struggling to get my refund

Intec has been sending from one point to another. I registered with them in October 2014 and haven't received my study material up until March 2015 when I decided to withdraw from the studies. Ever since I requested a di registration from them I've been sent from one person to another.<br> <br> the sad thing is that my name is being draged to the mad because of the whole situation. I refuse to pay intec becouse they have never kept their part as an Institution. The services from their student advisers is bad. they are to quick to get you to register and once you've registered they don't have time for you.<br> <br> I've given intec collrge their study material still packed and never used by me. they are busy sending me statements without fixing my problem please assist<br> <br> Regards<br> Nnehneg
