Struggling for longer then a year to fix a INTEC College mistake.

<p>i registered for nov 2015 exams, only one subject. i didnt get my confirmation letter, so i phoned them after the waiting period. the lady send it, so i wrote my subject in Nov 2015. Jan 2016 they told me that i owe them R450.00 exam fee. i made payment and send them proof with the exam letter. i found out after months of struggling with them that they registered me twice. its jan 2017 and i still struggling with them to fix it. i couldnt even get my results. i didnt wrote for a whole year because i was pregnant and gave birth and now i need to asked for a extention on my course but i cant even get them to fix my issue. i emailed and phoned several people at Intec and im still struggling. </p>
