still waiting for refund

<p>Requested for a refund in august with all the documentation. The general manager too over a month to sign the documents. The clerk was help checking up and following up. They say the process takes 3 months but I still havent received my money back. The documents get sent to durban from cape town. But the finance dept just feels they dont have to give feedback coz I requested a payment date. Only phone to ask me why did I over pay them this money. Gonna be 5 months now, if I was owing them I was gonba be dealing with lawyers by now. Who do I report them too coz the call centre puts ur through to the wrong places. </p>
