Still waiting for my installments and textbook problem to be solved!!

<p>I app**** for a course last year. First I had to fill in the application and send all my documents so that I can get approved, I wrote in the payments section the original amount that was given, after I have been approved, student adviser Anathi Zahn-Titus notified me if I pay before the 3oth of November 2015 that I will receive 20% discount, well that didn't happen. Numerous emails (still have it) and telephone conversations, they tell me that I have to pay according to my contract that I have filled in, but that was not the arrangement made with Anathi. Claudine from Intec Complaints department emailed me said she is waiting for them to sort out this matter. Nothing has been sorted out! Secondly I requested my material for Concepts of Management computing, I did not recieve this study material, no where in my course details or when I registered they told me that I would have to buy these textbooks myself. I received an email on the 11/07/2016 that my quiry was send to the relevant department for investigtoin, 3 months later still nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the account side - I have been paying R745.00 per month, where I should be paying R574.00 per month. My total cost for this course should be R10360 and not R12950.</p> <p>So in total I have paid the following so far R7450.00</p> <p> </p> <p>Intec is fast in the beginning, register with us study with us, when you decide to make use of them, and register the problems start and they are not very helpfull in helping you sort out problems that they created and not you. </p> <p>Come on guys - sort out these probelms that has been taking 10months!!!</p>
