Still waiting for my deposit refund since December 2016

<p>I app**** with Intec, but had to cancel as I could not find a venue to write. I had paid my deposit and was then told that I would need to complete a cancellation form and wait 90 days for repayment (Why must I wait so long, do you not keep funds in an account??) So, I send all the documentation required for cancellation in January 2017, after waiting for the required documentation. Then I get the request to send new banking details because they cannot accept a letter that I send from my bank. So, in total, it has been 162 days. And NO ONE gets back to a person. I am getting sick and tired of this. A few years ago I went through Intec and they messed up my studies so badly. I thought in 2016, things would have changed and tried them again. What a mistake!! Please pay my funds back ASAP!!! Your lack of service is shocking and I can't understand how this is even still possible!</p>
