Still waiting for my certificate

I wrote a review on the 5 June 2019. Intec College hasnt reaponded to fixing my certificate. I phoned again on the 6 June 2019 and wasnt helped at all was put on hold then the voice message said we experiencing high call volume. Then the phone was put down in my ear. Intec College really is this how you treat pass students???
