still waiting for deregistration to be finalised

<p>In August 2016, I filled the deregistration forms, of which were to be responded to within 14 working days according to their very useless contract. It's October now and no one has bothered to contact me. Last week I called the students support but the lady just decided to tell me the system is down and lefte hanging like that. </p>
