Still waiting for books since LAST YEAR NOVEMBER

Last year November I registered for a Financial Accounting course, Firstly they stuffed up on their side that my registration did not go through so i was only registered in December Last year. I then waited a month and half for my Books after endless phone calls and fighting. Eventually when i received it i realised that it was short supp****, I phoned Phumzile straight away she said that she would put in a request, after that i have been phoning Intec every week about twice a week and they keep telling me its on back order, I phoned last week Monday they said that i would have my books by Friday 13/02/2015, So we are on the 16/02/2015 and STILL NO EFFING BOOKS. So when i phoned to find out they tell me that its only 3 books on back order and not 6. I cant wait to finish my course with them so that i will never have to deal with this useless college ever again, i would never recommend them to even my worst enemy. You guys really need to shape up!!!
