Still not supplying study material

My wife enrolled with Intec College 2 years ago. She needs her second year study material (fully paid for), but Intec is not supplying it. Claudine and Anthea keep on making promises, but study material is not delivered. This matter was previously placed on Hellopeter and then I quickly received telephone calls from them (after firstly they were never available to answer a telephone), but now weeks later (after the complaint has been removed from Hellopeter already) they still have not provided the study material. Intec College does not seem to care.
