Still no refund!!

Intec don't deserve any stars. My son was never registered and after completing forms for my refund I was told to wait 30-90 days for my money back. Almost 6months later and no refund. Their service is pathetic and I don't see why I have to wait this long for my money back. I do not recommend this institution. Their call centre no help either
