Still no refund after 3 months

I enrolled for a course end of October at Intec College; I requested a refund from them 24 hours later due to a change in personal circumstances.

It is 3 months later and I have still not received my refund. The staff simply do not answer the phones in the cancellation department; or when you eventually get through you are told the lady is on lunch ( even 9 in the morning?????)

It is a running joke at intec that you will not get a refund; or so I was told by the dispatcher? Can you imagine..... and I see online I am not alone as there are similar stories.

I am at my wits end... there is no reasoning with them. It’s unanswered email after the next.

Absolutely the worst experience. I would definitely not recommend anyone enrolling at that college if this is how they treat customers.
