Still no clarity on refund

After the last hellopeter complaint we were foned back but still, they can't tell me when I'm getting my money back! Apprntly waiting on Durban office but why not pick up the fone?? Clearly it's just an EXCUSE to not pay!! I am forced to go to small claims court and will place an add Untill the money is in my bank... After 12 months you still can't pay me
