Still Haven't Received Certificate After 2 Years!

About 2 years ago I completed a short course with Intec. I am still waiting for my certificate. I cannot even put this in my CV because I have no certificate as proof to show prospective employers. Intec is a disgrace and a waste of money. Not to mention your course books are full of spelling errors and vague explanations. I will certainly not be recommending this institution to anybody. I don't suppose I will ever get my certificate out of you. Pathetic and shamefully ***********.
