STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND

<p>I have been waiting since July 2016 for my refund to be paid. I have made numerous phone calls and every time I get the same lame excuse. How much longer do I need to BEG for what is owed to me!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever received...its actually ridiculous</p> <p> </p>
