Still Awaiting Refund

Hi. Claudine van Berk from Intec College called me few days after I posted my complaint. However she does not work in the refunds department and told me my query has been escalated and I will receive a call from other representatives from the call centre, I waited patiently and still have not received the call. The refund amount is <br> R340 I have been waiting for it since Feb 2015. Please refund this amount to my account asap, I have been too patient with this bad service. No one can even give me a good enough reason for the hold up. Everyone I speak to always says the matter is escalated to management, does Intec College not have my refund of R340 ? Do you not have R340 in your account to refund back to me ?
