Still Awaiting books since February 2015

The service from Intec is pathetic. I received bits and pieces of my books since February, thus not writing exams and wasting my time this year. I am disgusted as every time you call and want to speak to a manager they don't allow you to speak to one. I have received some books but not all. I regret enrolling with Intec and I would like them to take back all their books that they have sent to me and give me a full refund. Please do not enrol with Intec as you will definitely regret it. They will call you a 100 times when they want the business but afterwards there is no service from them what so ever.
