In 2017 I registered with capitec but I never studied with them because of false advertising and wrongful debiting of money. so now I just realised that intec says they offered me a loan even though I never wrote a test or submit assignment to them, I did try to reach the finance department and wrote emails for cancelation but still it seems like I owe them money for what I don't.
