Name: Marinus van Niekerk<br> Id Number: ***<br> Student Number: ***2<br> <br> In January this year (2015) I received a student loan from my employer and registered with Intec college to study a diploma in construction technology.<br> In March after not receiving any study material and no one at Intec able to indicate when I would receive any material I decided to cancel the course. I filled out a cancellation form and requested a refund. Intec College accepted my cancellation and said there was an admin process that needed to take place before the refund would be paid. <br> <br> It is now 4 month later and I have yet to receive a refund. I have tried to register at another institution to further my studies however I need the money to register. I have tried speaking to: call center, account department, accounts manager, call center manager and general manager. All apologize and agree to escalate the matter however nothing has been refunded. I have even escalated this to the MD who has been no help at all - it seems that Intec does not care. They are prohibiting me from furthering my studies and basically ******
