SO DISAPPOINTED WITH INTEC COLLAGE

I have registered with INTEC Feb 2018. They are shocking at their CLIENT SERVICE. I have asked for a Tutors assistance with some questions on a revision question - no reply's, just email to say fill in the page called "Quality Management System". Did this now 3 times, still no one contact me. I have been to the office in Braamfontein Johannesburg for assistance so many times that I feel they should start paying me a salary. They have asked for help from head office Cape Town as well even on email, still no response.

What the ............... is going on?

PLEASE IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF LEARNING THROUGH INTEC DON'T DO IT THEY ARE SHOCKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T CARE HOW YOU ARE COPING, THEY JUST WANT THERE MONEY. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH INTEC.
