Six months and still no refund (***)

Its been six months that Intec is coming up with stories not to refund me I have correspondence with CLAUDINE van BLERK her last response : <br> Kindly be informed the documents will be in Durban on Monday, 30th November 2015.Trust the above is in order.<br> This year papers is still on the way to Durban ( can someone please assist with a lift to Durban just for my documents) Anyone out there that know who the MD of Intec College is,and if there any ombudsman for these colleges Intec College is really a **** please be ALERT and make sure families and friends are aware .They register people I did not receive any study material complains ,emails ,phone call nothing ,I cancel and now struggle to get my money.<br> Is there any institution I can report them please assist !
