SHOW ME THE RESULTS!!!

In January 2019 I decided to further my studies and career in horticulture and enrolled by intec college as the adverts were very promising over the net.. needless to say they should actually change their name to "intec no service" as I completed my studies and assignments in the time given and now I must threaten people with lawyers to get my results. Very helpful to take my hard earned money but no help to give me my results. I must add the course was only "18 Months" to complete and I am still battling to get something out of intec. I am lost for words how easy it is to blame covid for the delay but in my line of work, the customer wants to see results!! I am very disappointed that I email and a computer acknowledges my email..and further more no reply!!!!! So am I going to get my results or shall I carry on reviewing till some one maybe wakes up?
