Shocking service from Intec College

Shocking service from the start. I enrolled my son for a N1 Motor Mechanics course at the beginning of the year. Received hardly no correspondence from them. Received one phone call before I even received his student number, from an advisor saying they will guide him and help with any study queries, etc. Haven't heard a word from him again, can't even contact him because we never received a whatsap or email from him as promised so don't have contact details. It's a battle to get any info from the help line. I understand it's a distance learning course, but surely I should get some sort of communication to say what tests/exams are coming up and how to register! Now I get told I need to phone again in Feb 2020 to enquire about tests in Mar 2020, oh and it's an extra R500 per test. I paid R7 500 when I registered my son and so far have nothing to show for it. If I want to cancel everything I have to submit forms and it goes to a panel to decide if they will reimburse me and the cancellation fees might be up to 80%.
