Shocking service

Very unprofessional & they don't care how their service impacts others. What's disappointing is that even the leadership & senior management of the organisation do not care. We were never refunded money due back to us, even after numerous calls & emails. All they did was tell us to send details of the claim and everytime we followed up we were told to speak to a different person in their various offices across the country. If we were lucky to speak to someone we were told they'd call back - which of course never happened....
