Service? What service?

<p>I am heavely pregnant, my due date is next week. I have been asking Intc to help me, as I will not be writing all of my exams. At first i asked if they could tell me if i could postpone to a later date. Nothing.... I made phone calls, i sent emails, i begged for assistance... Then , because i had no other choice, i wrote the exams that i could, i am still writing, but they have still not answered one email. They sent me an sms after i called, i got a reference number for my query. Just the one time... And they have not even answered that. I have sent more emails with the ref number, about the calls, about all the emails that have not been answered. Next week i am going to see the department of education, and i am hoping that i can lay a complaint with them. I have requested that they snd me the correct study guides, as i received the incorrect things for some of the subjects. Nothing. Like nothing!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never in my life received no reply. None? Bad service, yeah, but nothing? This is a new low. </p>
