Service is just **********

I have been trying to get my assignment back since May 2016. Case nr : ********** 5. I have been phoning constantly every week and every week they say it goes out with the SA postal service. After long discussions they say they will email it to me at my email they have on the system ********** I never received it. after phoning again on the 08/08/2016 i spoke to Lynn who told me the assignements manager Chantal would mail it now and she would make a note on the system. After 2 hours I called again as I did not receive anything. I then spoke to Pam Magona who promised me she will follow this through till i have the mail. I have checked all my mail and it is not in my inbox, junk folder or any folder for that matter. I wish I knew how bad the service was before I enrolled then I would've chosen a different institution. I will be seeing my lawyer as well as to what I can do as Intec has cost me 4 months to be behind with my studies.
