They assist well with sign up and payments until the study starts. 8 months of 100s off call only for one to be answered and say you have to send an email. Emails are only responded by auto reply mails. The is no assistance from the college. Training material is a big struggle to get. The only messages you will get is payment reminders. The website is crashing all the time and almost none of the feature are working.
