Second Time Around and Still THE WORST SERVICE IN S.A

I tried cancelling a course a while back due to bad support from their side, after fighting for ages they finally processed my cancellation and then got told I had to pay a cancellation fee of almost half my course fee, I obviously couldn't afford this so transferred courses instead. Now over a month ago again, I tried to cancel with them due to unforeseen medical and financial reasons. I sent he required documents but haven't had any feedback since the 16th of August. I also found out that my previous course is still reflecting on my credit report!! I do not owe any further money in regards to this course... They do not respond, they do not care about their students and in all honesty, shouldn't be allowed to even carry on offering services because all that will happen is you will get *****ed over and lose so much money for nothing!!!1
