Rude and Inefficient

I have been trying since December to register my son for Matric, deposit was paid in December and forms were submitted. Around 11th January I was told that they cannot register him because his school report does not have a stamp on it. No solution was offered. The school where he was, has since closed down and no stamp was available. It is now February and much screaming on both parts has past and I want my deposit back and now they are coming up with excuses as to why they cannot refund me and that they will help my son now to register. I have no interest in continuing with Intec College, I just want my deposit back.
