Ridiculous refund policy

I have had my course material for a month and have not been able to study due to me going through a divorce. I'm under immense emotional stress. I wanted to cancel my course as I have not even submitted any assignments either. I have only been active as a student for a month. Inrec is down right ridiculous with their 80 % on refunds. Surely I should be refunded my money that I paid in full and they sold take a small some for the study material. Which is also a freaken usb. Which costs 200 the most . I will never recommend Intec college to any one I come into contact with. They are pathetic with this refund policy and it need's to be looked at. I am extremely unhappy and the staff just say no without even speaking to a superior. It's utter *******.
