Ridiculous Customer service

@IntecCollege I regret the day i ever registered with you guys, you have poor customer service and have no sense of emergency. I made a payment 4 months ago registering for my exams till this day my payment hasn't been allocated I'm so disappointed. Primie Naidoo, Nolwazi Spatala along with the team leader Samantha Rambarasa have failed me. An Escalation that takes 4 months without getting back to the client is absurd. Please sort my account out.
