Registration work?

Would like to find out how registration works becuase ndosi told me if i pay extra R500 on top of the R1031 then i dont need to provide my bank details of payslip but yesterday after several emails i send him this past week regarding my registration he called me and told me he needed my payslip so i sended it and suddenly it not correct because the issue date isnt on the payslip but it is there. So every time i call he is apparently on a call i don't believe that. So i told then i want to cancel and no one called me regarding it. Baddest service at this college i ever had wont recommend it to anyone!!!
