Registered stud, 3 months later no study materials

I was promised the study materials 21 days from date of payment. it is now nearly 3/4 months and after many calls, I have NOT yet received the study materials.<br> HOW is my son supposed to study for his matric exams if we don't get the study materials.<br> If you are running a college which is a \Leader"in distance learning"
