Refuse to refund my money

Hello Peter<br> <br> thank you so much for contacting intec college on my behalf , they did respond for the first time i registered with them for my books as i seeked helped from you with a complaint . they phoned me on the 22/02/2016 to say they will not refund me since i cancelled on Feb 2015 i must appeal on that decision they will send me an email to respond to , i have been waiting on the email since the 22/02/2016 . The reason i cancelled its because it was long overdue for them to deliver my books because i waited for over 6 months from august 2014 until February 2015 and nobody gave me a direction/way forward as what is<br> is happening with my books, and i wanted to get the books from another institution or book shop as i was left with three to study and re write my to subjects in June 2015.<br> i used to go to intec college almost everyday but they will refused and denied me to speak with the consultant that helped me with the registration they will just take my number and say they will call me or email as soon as they resolved the matter and i will leave and nobody contacted me .I want to register with UNISA on their short courses and pursue my dreams .<br> <br> Please help me <br> <br> Regards <br>
