Refusal to supply study material

For more than a month my wife (Student number ***) has been trying to get her study material and you blatantly refuse to send it to her. Please note, her study fees are fully paid for all 3 years of study and you do not send her the material which I see as breaking the consumer protection act and the Consumer Protection Centre should take note.<br> <br> Intec Staff refusing to resolve this matter:<br> * 6 different call centre staff<br> * Nadiemah Parker - She has been emailed on 12 January 2015 regarding this already, yet she still has not resolve it. She emailed this morning with the excuse that she has not responded due to being out of the office yesterday. Seriously? After receiving emails since 12 January?<br> * Erica (Manager) - did not even have the decency to reply on emails and telephone calls to her<br> * I phoned Nadiemah, Erica and Shakir this morning, but (surprise surprise) they are not available and do not return phone calls<br> * I phoned Martin Koch (Area Manager) this morning, but he is not answering his telephone<br> * I phoned Philip this morning, but he is not answering his telephone<br> * I phoned Faldielah (Facility Manager) this morning, but she is not answering her telephone.
