Refunds with this useless institute

I have paid R2790 for registration in February for my course that has been fully paid for already and had to request a refund. I have completed all document and have it even certified on Intecs request and returned it in February 2019. I was informed by Intec than that this would take about 90 days to complete my refund request. Till today after numerous emails, phonecalls etc, I have not been refunded and not even received an explanation as to why this is now taking 243 days and still counting to be exact As masters in Education, I would expect that this company would have at least any professional ethics I there someone in Intec I can directly address my issue and have a response from. I dont mind if this useless mother****er want my money but then at least act professional and say it, don't keep people in the dark

It would be much appreciated if someone get beack to me, even if you lie to me again
