REFUND NOT RETURNED AFTER 90 DAYS

INTEC COLLEGE ARE *******! They registered my fiance for a course they knew they had discontinued, in the hope to get us to register for something else, we are lead to believe, because more than their stipulated 90 day waiting period, we have not received our refund of R950 and have been sent from pillar to post with nobody wanting to take any responsibility or accountability! <br> <br> This is not the first incident with them where they have been ***** and dishonest pertaining a refund, a few years ago, it turns out we paid R450 extra on a course I did there, yet nobody bothered to inform me nor return it to me, this only surfaced a year ago when I was in arrears on another course, and the honest lady assisting me at the Durban branch, asked me whether I was aware I had a credit of R450 on my old account, and suggested we move it into the newer account to help with arrears! Had I never fallen into arrears, or even registered on another course at the college, I would have never known!<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted and appalled at such dishonesty and want my refund of R950 back or I'm taking legal action against these *******!!
