REFUND NOT PAID

<p>I have been waiting for this to be sorted out for months now. My refund was suppose to be paid in my account on the 7th October and it is now the 7 November. I am highly frustrated. The manager is useless and he has been making excuses and empty promises for a month already. I do not reccomend this college to anyone. They are a bunch of *****s honestly. Their refund policy is bullocks firstly and then they take 6 months to pay back a small amount of money. Companies like this do not prosper because of the things they do. The name has been tarnished by the callibre of staff they have. Personally I am in customer service and if we did business like this we would not last. I am extremely frustrated and Do not care , I just want my dam money. Intec is probably used to doing the wrong things to people so how about you do the right thing this time round.</p>
